Products can be picked up in Basle from Mo-Fr in the hours between 9am - 12:30pm and 2pm - 7pm. On Saturdays from 10am to 5pm but only after making an appointment. Just use one of our many contact possibilities.

Free Shipping to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and the European Union for orders above 20 CHF

Why isn't there free shipping for orders under 20 CHF? This is so we can offer certain products for prices of even 1 CHF and don't have to add shipping costs to the price.
